Krampusnacht Case, Pendulum and Photograph Expansion
£66.60
The full expansion is not a standalone product, you need to have the original copy of 'Krampusnacht' which is not supplied.
Since the huge success of Krampusnacht last Christmas I have received numerous e-mails from customers requesting something befitting to store their cards in. Although the red box I supplied was perfectly adequate there has been a demand for demonic bling, a satanic sheath that will protect your Krampus cards from do-gooders until next Christmas.
This expansion for Krampusnacht not only provides you a stunning festive leather repository for your deck but also a Krampus pendulum and additional photo cards for a truly disturbing routine that will chill even the warmest Yuletide night.
The pendulum has been sculpted, cast and hand painted by Dan Baines and when not divining for naughty children it makes a devilish decoration for your tree. The pendulum comes in two finishes, traditional hand painted or cold cast bronze, mounted on a black snowflake and trimmed with fur.

Effect Synopsis
A vintage school photograph is presented to the audience and passed around for all to see.
The tale is told of Nikolaus, the boy who is mysteriously masked out of the picture and how he tragically died just before Christmas in 1901.
It was suspected that some of the children in his class were responsible for his death. Nikolaus was partially blind and it was common knowledge that he was the target of other cruel classmates. Although none of the children owned up to being responsible the teachers had their suspicions.
Act 1
Taking the role of the teacher a spectator is told to sort the deck of school portraits into two piles – innocent and guilty. They are told that half of the class were possible bullies.
Once they have sorted the two piles the story continues...
Unable to pin the blame on any of the children the teacher decides that maybe scaring them into confession may work and tells them the tale of the Krampus.
The children go home for their Christmas holiday, some with excitement and some with a guilt ridden feeling of impending doom.
And then on Christmas morning the host horrifying event occurs...
Act 2
You once more pass the vintage school photograph around the audience and ask them to look closely once again at the picture to see if they see anything unusual they may not have noticed before.
On a second inspection they notice a truly disturbing feature they previously overlooked. Half of the children have no eyes!
It was reported that scratched on each of the guilty children's bedroom walls was a phrase that roughly translated as -
'The eyes are the windows to the soul, but without a soul what use are the windows?'
A trail of heavy hoof prints led from house to house revealing the nocturnal route of the Krampus as he not only collected the souls of the guilty but also their eyes as payment for the cruel death of Nikolaus.
The two previously sorted piles of photographs are turned over to reveal that all of the punished children have the Krampus on the reverse and all of the good children have St Nicolas!
Act 3
However, the Krampus could not punish all of the children, at least not in one night.
The following night the Krampus set about hunting down the final bully to finish the job.
Just before Christmas one child, the ring leader of the bullies, went to stay with their grandparents in Switzerland.
An extra photo card is added the pile of good children and shuffled. The cards are then spread out and using the Krampus pendulum the spectator attempts to find the final bully.
The Krampus pendulum is used to divine good children and their photographs are eliminated until only one card remains.
The final card is turned over to reveal the same child but without any eyes!
The Krampus collected his debt and the death of Nikolaus was avenged.
Merry Christmas!
