Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

All Lebanon Circle and associated artist's products excluding e-books and e-zines are physical goods, payment must be made in full before dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of tax.

Payments

Lebanon Circle accepts all major credit cards however, there are also several ways for customers to pay online without using a credit card, like PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

UK Delivery Options

For deliveries to the UK we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services for heavier items.

Please note that UK 1st Class/UK 1st Class Recorded delivery is not a guaranteed service so although we usually find that orders are delivered within 1-3 working days it can on occasion take longer. If you require faster or guaranteed delivery please contact us.

European Orders

For deliveries to the EU we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services for heavier items.

Royal Mail Standard typically takes between 5-7 working days.

Courier items for expensive and/or large orders is delivered by UPS Euro Express and typically takes between 1-3 working days. This service is also traceable.

Rest of World Orders

For deliveries to the Non EU and Rest of the World we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services for heavier items.

Royal Mail Standard typically takes between 7-10 working days.

Courier items for expensive and/or large orders is delivered by UPS Express and typically takes between 3-5 working days. This service is also traceable.

Delivery Times

Unless you’re having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within five to seven working days from receipt of order, and often much sooner.

Certain items will state delivery times on their product pages, and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your items once they receive your order.

All of our artists are only a telephone call away and we can process any queries usually the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather, postal strikes, apocalypse for example). If this happens we will let you know. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

Please be aware that Lebanon Circle cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Delivery of Custom Orders and Commissioned Items

Delivery and fulfillment of privately commissioned orders are discussed and agreed between you and the artist prior to payment. If custom options are provided for a certain item please contact us initially so that we may confirm that the options and/or requests are available.

Import Regulations and Duty

If you order goods from our Site from artists outside your country, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
