The Hex Factor 2024 - ACTS NEEDED!
 
Do you have what it takes to win the Hex Factor 2024? 

Each performer is given a 10-minute slot in which to display their magic routines, disturbing talents or anything they feel is suitable for the Doomsday audience. A panel of judges will give feedback, but ultimately the audience will decide on the best act of the evening.

The victor will earn a coveted performance slot at Doomsday 14 along with a pair of complimentary tickets, but most importantly, they will lay claim to The Hex Factor trophy!

Critchlow's Corner

Step forward, ring the bell, and present your routine to the enthusiastic Doomsday crowd. This cherished tradition, conceived by the magic icon Jim Critchlow, offers a unique opportunity to showcase your talent and new ideas to a receptive (and intoxicated) audience.

Accommodation

There are many reasonably priced hotels in Derby, but the venue does have rooms available at a special Doomsday discount price, including breakfast.

There are 3 single rooms, 37 double rooms, 7 premier rooms and 2 twin rooms.

Guests need to quote code: 'Doomsday 2024' with reception to get special rates.

There will be no ticket sales on the door!

Since we require advance knowledge of the number of attendees, please note that no tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the event. All tickets must be acquired in advance, and individuals arriving without prior reservation will not be accommodated.
 
Anyone interested in lecturing, performing or trading at Doomsday should contact us here. 

If the event is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the ticket.  You are not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend the event.  Ticket deposits are non-refundable.
