When taking part in any Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design community or social media groups you are governed by the terms of usage of the site in which the community/group exists.

If you fail to comply by our community rules Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design has the right to cancel your account without notice and delete any contributions. 7. Terms of Sale

By placing an order on Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.

Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design will endeavour to process the Order and send the Goods within the time period stated at point of purchase. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the Contract and Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. We will not be held responsible for any deliveries delayed due to postal delays or force majeure. Please see our FAQs on Delivery Charges for further information on order windows and services.

In order to contract with Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design you must be at least 18 years of age and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email when we dispatch the item. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your Order. All prices advertised are subject to such change.

8. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email that acknowledges your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation email that all of the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

9. Pricing, Currencies and Payment

At Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate. In the unlikely event of an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and any monies paid will be refunded to you.

We comply with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We will endeavour to deliver to anywhere in the world that is accessible by our couriers. We ensure that we comply with the legal requirements in non-EU countries and reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable for any reason to meet with these requirements. Prior to ordering, it is your responsibility to check that any goods you order comply with state and federal government import regulations and there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect you receiving any of these products.

If you are purchasing from outside the EU, we may have to complete additional documentation or request additional information. Please contact us at sales@lebanoncircle.co.uk with any further enquiries. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

We may use your personal information to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

10. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

All Lebanon Circle and associated artist's products excluding e-books and e-zines are physical goods, payment must be made in full before dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of tax.

11. Payments

Lebanon Circle accepts all major credit cards however, there are also several ways for customers to pay online without using a credit card, like PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

12. Delivery of Stock Items from Lebanon Circle

12.1 Free Shipping

Any item that comes with free shipping will be sent via the most economical method which will be slower than standard mail -

Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
North America in up to 6 weeks
South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
Australia in up to 12 weeks

12.2 UK Delivery Options

For deliveries to the UK we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services for heavier items.

Please note that UK 1st Class/UK 1st Class Recorded delivery is not a guaranteed service so although we usually find that orders are delivered within 1-3 working days it can on occasion take longer. If you require faster or guaranteed delivery please contact us.

12.3 European Orders

For deliveries to the EU we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services for heavier items.

Royal Mail Standard typically takes between 5-7 working days.

Courier items for expensive and/or large orders is delivered by UPS Euro Express and typically takes between 1-3 working days. This service is also traceable.

12.4 Rest of World Orders

For deliveries to the Non EU and Rest of the World we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services for heavier items.

Royal Mail Standard typically takes between 7-10 working days.

Courier items for expensive and/or large orders is delivered by UPS Express and typically takes between 3-5 working days. This service is also traceable.

12.5 Delivery Times

Unless you’re having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within ten to fourteen working days from receipt of order. If this is longer you will be notified.

Certain items will state delivery times on their product pages, and will let you know when they aim to dispatch your items once they receive your order.

All of our artists are only a telephone call away and we can process any queries usually the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather, postal strikes, apocalypse for example). If this happens we will let you know. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Once your order is on its way, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

Please be aware that Lebanon Circle cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

13. Returns and Refunds

Our general policy for private sale and wholesale is as follows -

Because you are buying the secret when you buy a trick, our general policy is: no returns, no refunds, no exchanges for another item. Please read the description of the trick carefully before you purchase it. And if you have any questions about it, please contact us first. We'll be glad to help you choose the right product.

Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances however, if the manual has already been downloaded this will void the refund process.

If you download the instruction manual this will also void a cancellation of order. As this is a magic trick you have learned the 'secret' that makes it work and we are therefore unable to cancel your order or refund you.

If your product arrives damaged our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Custom built and private commissioned items are not eligible for a refund. These items will come with lifetime support, if the item is faulty then it can be returned and repaired fee of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged by the customer will not be replaced.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

13.1 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

13.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

13.3 Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

13.4 Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lebanoncircle.co.uk and send your item to:

13.5 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

13.6 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We can arrange return shipping on your behalf by the most economical service. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

This only applies to items manufactured by Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design and does not apply to items manufactured by a third party, or second hand items purchased from ‘The Troll Market’ section of the website. If an item has been bought as a Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design sale item, or during certain site promotions where price reductions are applied then you may return it within 7 days to receive a full refund. Please refer to your specific promo code or contact us for more information. To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.

All of our customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our products, in the event of this not being the case, Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design will exercise our legal right of action. If items are soiled, damaged or show signs of wear, the order will not be cancelled and items may be sent back to the customer with full payment due.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your intent to exercise this right to:

Please keep evidence of the cancellation notice, such as a copy and obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

14. Discount codes

We may from time to time offer promotional discounts using promotional discount codes. These discounts will be subject to terms and conditions that will be issued with the codes.

15. Collections

We do not currently offer any collection service at the current time.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will be entitled to exercise our rights in any other situation where you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

24. Events

In these Terms & Conditions, the “Organiser”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means Lebanon Circle and “Event” shall mean Doomsday.

Tickets to this Event are subject to the following terms and conditions:

24.1.

Nobody will be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket or pass.

24.2.

For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.

24.3.

All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

24.4.

In the event that you are unable to attend due to any Covid-19 Government regulation or restriction introduced after the purchase date of your ticket e.g. vaccine passports, your ticket will be transferred to a future Event, or refunded.

24.5.

If the event goes ahead as planned but you decided not to attend for any reason other than those imposed by Government regulation or restriction, you’re not legally entitled to a refund.

24.6.

If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.

24.7.

If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.

24.8.

Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.

24.9.

We may restrict the sale of tickets to a maximum number per person (allocation). We reserve the right to cancel tickets bought in excess of this allocation.

24.10.

The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.

24.11.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, is showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refuses to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlaying health condition) that is or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser.

24.12.

Neither the Organiser nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors.

24.13.

The Event will operate in accordance with the latest UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19 and will operate under the Event Industry’s All Secure Stand, a comprehensive set of guidelines to keep you safe at our Events. As a result of these measures we may be required to manage the flow of visitors to specific areas of the Event, including, but not limited to, features, theatres and exhibition halls, to ensure we remain compliant with visitor density requirements. Where an Event has both indoor and outdoor space, this may result in visitors being required to remain outdoors regardless of weather conditions until they can be accommodated indoors.

24.14.

The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.

24.15.

Please check Event details, timings and car park charges prior to travelling as these maybe subject to change.

24.16.

Please check your route prior to travelling to ensure you arrive on time. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions.

24.17.

Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in theatres, workshops or performances, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

24.18.

Video and sound recordings are not permitted in theatrical and performance areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by the Organiser.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of Lebanon Circle Prop & Illusion Design.
