Private Commissions

I regularly undertake custom commissions and consultation for stage productions, Film & TV companies and private collections.  Previous clients include BBC, Channel 5, Channel 4, ITV, FX and the SyFy Channel.  My work can also be found in Guillermo Del Toro's Bleak House Collection and in his book 'The Cabinet of Curiosities'.

The Private Commission Process

All commissioned work requires a 50% down payment of the total quoted cost to cover initial material costs and to act as a deposit.

In the event that you are unhappy with the final product, I will rework the piece until you are satisfied. I’m happy to say this has never yet happened!

Unless the commissioned piece is a gift or you’d prefer it to remain private from the outset I normally document the progress of the build via my blog or social media. I will also update you with the progress of your commission through photos sent via email.

I am also able to deliver work in person providing travel expenses are covered.  Some larger items for overseas delivery may need final assembly on location.  If the item is an effect I can also provide one-to-one tuition on site.
